There’s a short lady here that makes everyone feel like a criminal as soon as you walk in. She stares at you the whole time as if you’re stealing and stands outside the fitting room rushing you. She told the girl next to me “are you done because there’s a boy waiting to try on clothes” Overall this store has a very uncomfortable environment and it’s worth noting they only do store credit returns.

The staff was so incredibly helpful. They offered to help me find what I was looking for on multiple occasions. The prices were a little more expensive than I thought they would be at a “wholesale” mart, but they weren’t crazy high either. They even had some clearance options for $10, $12, 2 for $20, etc. the selection is HUGE. They have all of the awesome brands like healing hands (my favorite), sketchers, Barco/Greys Anatomy, Cherokee, Wink, Infinity, Dickies, etc. they also had lots of collared shirts, long sleeve under shirts or scrub jackets, stethoscopes, lanyards, glasses, etc. they had other uniform selections for different fields but I paid most attention to the scrubs. They also sell leggings, shorts, etc that were nice and on sale for 2 for &10. They have a pretty big assortment of t-shirts with rhinestone like designs on them, etc. unfortunately, there did seem to be either homeless people or addicts loitering in the area, which could be worrisome, but it looks like there is also a recovery “club” in the same parking lot that they hold NA or AA meetings at, so, I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Aren’t about their “policy” Bought cargo shorts one day for new job (black and a blue one) , Mexican lady says if they are wrong size or color you can return only for exchange ( WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE RIGHT) My new job said only blue shorts no black shorts .so I went to exchange the next day and rude black lady said they look “worn” she isn’t gonna exchange , gave off as “ if shes assuming I’m asking for money back” vibe whole time I just need the correct color of the shorts that I Spend $60 on 👎 I JUST BOUGHT THEM YESTERDAY NEW CREASED STARCHED AND ALL DONT REC

Went to to get scrubs & 1 lady that worked there stayed right next to the dressing rooms. So close to it that it was awkward asking questions of my son who was trying them on. She was just standing there waiting, it was SUPER awkward. I'll never recommend this shop or give them our business again. She wouldn't even let us put the scubs that he wasn't going to take back. I wondered if they do that with all of their new customers. We should've listened to others & just gone to Alameda Medical Supplies. This place is only still open because on that side of town there isn't any other options for what they sell.

Back in November I purchase some stuff here. Brought it back a couple of days later due to irregular stitching. Store staff told me there were no refunds but could get store credit. They didn't have anything else to my liking so she said that my information would written down in their ledger and I had a year to come back. Moving forward (May) I go in to get something and same staff tells me that they don't do that and never have so I'm out over $35 dollars. Safe to say one of those employees is making out with peoples money and store allows it because receipt fades quickly and no other proof!!!
